ORDERS

Once received, your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Please allow 1- 7 days for delivery of most goods within North America, and 2-4 weeks for overseas orders. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. If you require your order in a rush, please contact us（cottagelife.xue@gmail.com） to inquire about rush shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We will accommodate custom changes to our designs whenever possible. Please send your inquiry via our Email（cottagelife.xue@gmail.com）. Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final.

 

PACKAGING

  • Please allow 1-2 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.
  • Each cottagelifelighting piece comes with it's own package. Keep your products intact during shipping.
  • All shipping boxes are recyclable.

 

 

PAYMENTS

You can choose to run your transaction through PayPal or through Shopify Payments. Both options are secure. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

 

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.

 

TAXES

American customers will pay HST according to their provincial rate. Canadian and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries

 

NOTE

For increased longevity and make better use of our light fixture，Please note the following：

Please install it by a licensed electrician.

  • Please make sure you have cut off the electricity supply before installation.
  • Do not connect electricity until your fixture is fully assembled.
  • Do not use, install, or uninstall the product, replace the bulb or lampshade under any wet conditions.
  • Do not touch a light bulb when it is working or before it.
